I have picked the seven of penticles. This seems to be where I am now going through a period of working and starting to watch for the fruits of my efforts to bear forth.
This set of cards seems to tell a story of there own simular to what I am experiencing right now. I wonder how long it will be before I move on to the bottom row. lol

this week seemed to be one along the lines of the VIII of cups. it felt in a way like i was turning away from the known (recognizable cups of emotion perhaps) and towards the direction of the unknown, depicted by the hiker on the card. i have been contemplating which directions i am choosing to take in my life, knowing i may always come back to the cups that are displayed in front of me but wanting to see what else is around the corner. i like how the moon seems to be watching over the person on this card, as if the person is safe even if heading away from familiarity. the moon has always been a reassuring presence to me, very reliable with a warm glow and soft light. so in this card, it is a reminder that the moon keeps shining even when life takes a winding course.
